Not better arrows

There are many incredible tools within the church that can be used to grow as a disciple and to evangelize.

Make better archers

Yet, we have found that although plentiful, these tools are often ineffective. Not because of the quality of the products (the arrows), but because formation of the leaders (the archers), is lacking.

We train archers

We have gone all-in on investing in you, the "archer", so that once trained, you can take even the worst "arrow" and use it to claim ground for the Kingdom.

Journey From Intentional Discipleship to Spirit-Filled Leadership

Intentional Disciple

The way we define an intentional disciple is a person who is committed to the pursuit of living out the two calls that Jesus has put on everyone's life...to Grow and to Go.

The first is the universal call to holiness (Grow) and the second is the universal call to mission (Go).

As intentional disciples continue to discover who Jesus is, they have an increased desire to share Him with those around them.

Spirit-Filled Leader

  • A Spirit-filled leader is an intentional disciple who has been activated in the Spirit and whose desire for leadership stems from an overflow of what God has poured into them rather than from seeking something they lack.

As Spirit-filled leaders step into their vocations, they are ever more deeply convicted of their need to know the Father's love, to let the grace of God transform them to become more like Jesus and to live in the power of the Holy Spirit.

  • 3 Foundational Habits of a Spirit-filled Leader

    ABIDE

    WITH THE FATHER

    BECOME

    LIKE THE SON

    LIVE

    IN THE SPIRIT

    Abiding with the Father means...

...resting in the presence of the Father who unveils our primary identity as His sons and daughters. It means living in a personal and intimate relationship with radical trust in the Father's providence and with Heaven as our goal, we long to see the Father face-to-face and live to bring the Kingdom of God to earth.

    Becoming like the Son means...

...cultivating a hatred for sin. Actively receiving the gift of passing from death to life so as to become Jesus in the world. We seek to humbly wash the feet of others, suffering with and for those God has given us on our journey by making ourselves completely available to others through humble generosity, joyful charity, and unceasing gratitude.

Living in the Holy Spirit means...

...living on fire, in power and in union with the Holy Spirit, expecting God to move by providing signs and wonders, gifts, anointing and power to those who ask. Motivated by a holy zeal for souls, ask for this daily in the journey to love and to lead others to conversion of heart.
